It has come to the notice of the company (BHEL) that certain individuals/Group (viz. Mr S.K. Bhari) have forged BHEL’s letterhead and issued alleged call letter for interview and offer of employment in the Company fraudulently, purportedly under the hand of the Director & Chairman, BHEL, to the unsuspecting member(s) of the Public. BHEL has taken appropriate action in the matter for investigation and taking action against the culprit. General Public is hereby informed that BHEL or any of its subsidiaries neither have any relationship/linkage to any individual/group nor any individual/group has been authorised to carry out any interviews or offer employment to any person for any post in BHEL. General Public is to note that all communication concerning recruitment to any post in BHEL will be hosted only in the official website of BHEL i.e. or Public is accordingly hereby cautioned that BHEL or any of its subsidiaries shall not be responsible/liable to any person suffering any loss as a consequence of dealing with any fraudulent individual(s)/group including Mr S.K. Bhari or depositing any money with any of the said individual(s)/group in respect of such fraudulent/forged call letters for interviews and/or offers of employment in BHEL issued by such individual(s)/group
It has come to the notice of the company that amongst other fraudulent information, an advertisement for alleged recruitment to certain posts in the company at New Delhi has been published in a website namely wherein a security deposit has also been solicited from prospective candidates. General public is hereby cautioned that BHEL or any of its subsidiaries do not have any relationship/linkage to the said website i.e. BHEL does not accept or solicit any money/payment/money transfer for entertaining application or for sustaining candidature or selection to any post and only nominal charges for processing the application are sought . All communication concerning recruitment to any post in the Company will be hosted only in BHEL’s official website i.e. or Public is accordingly hereby also informed that BHEL shall not be responsible/liable to any person suffering any loss as a consequence of dealing with any person or depositing any money with any person/authority pursuant to any information published in the said website viz.
