BHEL bags World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Award for Innovative Enterprises

Among a host of public as well as private sector companies, Maharatna company Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has won the 'World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Award for Innovative Enterprises' for its strong involvement in the use of the Patent system and its achievements in Research & Development (R&D). The award was received by Sh. B. Prasada Rao, CMD, BHEL from Sh. Amitabh Kant, Secretary, DIPP, Govt. of India.
