Notice is hereby given, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of BHEL will be held on Friday, 16th May, 2025, interalia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2025 and to recommend final dividend, if any, for FY 2024-25.

In view of the aforesaid Board Meeting, Trading Window for Designated Persons has been closed from 1st April to 18th May, 2025.
