As a part of familiarisation programmes, presentations were made to Ms. Renuka Gera, Director(IS&P) on 05.01.2021 on the following subjects :
- statutory & regulatory provisions under Companies Act, 2013 and Listing (Obligation & Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015 with emphasis on provisions concerning Directors
- statutory & regulatory provisions relating to Corporate Governance
- statutory & regulatory provisions relating to Insider Trading Regulations
