
BHEL Wins Second Prize under Rajbhasha Keerti Award 2025-26; Honoured with this prestigious award for the third consecutive year
New Delhi, September 15: BHEL has been honoured with the highest national award in the field of Official Language, the 'Rajbhasha Keerti Puraskar', by Rajbhasha Vibhag, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, for 'Excellent Rajbhasha Implementation'. Under this year's Keerti Awards, the company has been conferred the 'Second Prize' in the category of Public Sector Enterprises located in 'A Region'.
This award was received by Shri Tajinder Gupta, Director (Power) - Additional Charge (Human Resources), BHEL, from Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Hon'ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, Govt. of India, in the presence of Shri Nityanand Rai, Hon'ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, Govt. of India, on 14th September 2026, during the Hindi Diwas celebration and the 6th All India Rajbhasha Conference held in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Notably, BHEL was awarded with ‘Keerti Puraskar’ for the year 2023-24 and 2024-25 as well.
