Corrigendum details:

1. Please note that TC52545 not applicable for this tender. Please find the attachment for RFQ (i.e for item details).

2. Payment terms as per below:

a. 80% with 100% taxes within 75 days (45 days for MSME vendors) of receipt of material on prorate basis

b. 10% within 9 months from date of receipt of material at site or commissioning whichever is earlier.

c. 10% within 12 months from the date of receipt of material at site or PG test whichever is earlier. For claiming this 10% payment PBG in equivalent value shall be submitted (This is to cater concern of BHEL regarding performance of equipment). The PBG format is as per BHEL standard format.

d. 100% SUPERVISION CHARGES for erecting and Commissioning (E&C) will be paid through NEFT within 75 days (45 Days for MSME vendors) on successful completion of E&C against submission of invoice with E&C completion certificate issued by BHEL site officials.
