Following shall be considered while submitting the offer

''‘’Suppliers will be asked to quote Fabrication Rates & their own metal (LME rate of Copper + LBM rate of Silver) price formula, as per following:
a. For Comparison, Metal prices shall be taken from LME/LBM as mentioned above. Evaluation shall be done on the basis of total cost to BHEL and exchange rate (TT selling rates of SBI) shall be taken on the date of part-1 bid opening (in case of 2-part bid). If the relevant day happens to be Bank holiday, then the forex rate as on the previous bank (SBI) working day shall be taken.
b. PVC (applicable only for billing): Metal (Copper and Silver) shall be booked 90 days prior to PO scheduled delivery date. In case of holiday next working day shall be considered for metal booking. If scheduled delivery date is less than 90 days, then metal shall be booked on 10th day (in case of holiday, next working day) from PO date. Applicable exchange rate shall be mentioned by vendor in their formula’’
